TruthLens provides content authenticity analysis tools, including AI detection capabilities and a Trust Registry of verified human sources. The service is provided as-is and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of analysis results.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of TruthLens, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
• Not share API keys with unauthorized parties

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are subject to our refund and cancellation policies. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

TruthLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
