Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your TruthLens subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your TruthLens account
- Go to your Dashboard
- Email us at [email protected] with your cancellation request
- We will confirm your cancellation within 24-48 hours
What Happens After Cancellation
You retain access until your current billing period ends
No further charges will be made to your payment method
Your account data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe
After 30 days, you can request permanent data deletion
Subscription Types
Monthly Subscriptions
Access continues until the end of your current month. No partial refunds for unused days.
Annual Subscriptions
Access continues until the end of your annual term. Refunds available within the first 7 days per our refund policy.
One-Time Purchase
Lifetime access with no recurring charges. No cancellation needed.
Resubscribing
You can resubscribe at any time by visiting our pricing page. Your account data will be restored if you resubscribe within 30 days of cancellation.
